How facemasks will protect us and what are the types.

N95 respirators and surgical facemask are examples of PPE that we can use to protect ourselves from airborne pathogens/particles and from liquid contaminating the face, nose, and mouth. It is highly recommended to use it since coronavirus transmission is through our mouth and nose.

N95 facemask is critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for health care workers and medical front liners. This respirator blocks at least 95 percent of very small (0.3 microns) test particles and has 5 thick layers for better protection. It is also designed to achieve very close facial fit.
